B-stock Slim rodblocks for Grado - Black
 
Fault Description: These sets didn't pass our QA due to visual imperfections such as discoloration of the coating, small dents and scratches, other than that FULLY FUNCTIONAL.

This slim rodblocks set for Grado has been CNC machined and hand crafted from high quality aluminum (PA6) and treated with microarc oxidation for a black ceramic coating.

The set comprises of two slim rodblocks that improve the comfort, durability and looks of your Grado headphones greatly, while weighting nearly as little as stock plastic parts.
Each rodblock have been CNC milled from a single block of aluminum (to ensure exceptional durability) and fitted with three pressure screws – two to control the rod movement ease and smoothness and one to keep the headband firmly in place and to prevent it from falling out.

Thanks to the pressure screws the user has complete freedom over the rod movement in their headphones. They allow precise vertical and horizontal adjustment and guarantee that once adjusted the cups will stay in the desired position, so you can say goodbye to freely rotating cups that keep on twisting the cables – with these gimbals, cups will only rotate when and how you want them to improving headphones’ stability on your head, and thus the listening comfort greatly.
On top of all that, they weight pretty much the same as stock, plastic rodblocks.

Both rodblocks have been beadblasted first and treated with microarc oxidation to create a black creamic coating on them. Ceramic microarc coating is generally recognized for high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, so you won't have to worry that your new parts will get scratched.

The set is a significant improvement compared to the stock parts in terms of comfort, durability and looks, while maintaining a low weight. And works well with all Grado headphones and should be compatible with majority of the mods.

Each set comes with allen key and set of spare screws.

It is a 100% made in EU product. To ensure highest quality those parts are crafted entirely in my workshop, checked and tested for couple of days before we ship them to a lucky buyer – because of that it takes around a week for us to prepare and send them after the order is made. Please do bear in mind that even though we do our best and improve our methods and products with every batch, this is still a DIY product done in a home workshop, given that each set of parts is slightly different (almost exclusively in terms of looks) and subject to very minor imperfections (like tiny scratches or dents, mostly in hardly visible spots). We take customer satisfaction very seriously, so if there's ever anything (and I mean anything) you'd like to talk about regarding your purchase, we'll be very happy to help.

Please also note that even though set may be presented on the pictures together with other parts, i.e. Nhoord drivers, earpads, cups, cable, and a headband, you are obviously only ordering and paying for the rodblocks, the rest is not included! :)
